Well it’s 21:42 and still no PC. That’s despite the nice piece of paper sitting in front of me that says
Delivery will take place between 17:00hrs & 21:00hrs
No phone call, no explanation. But a lot of interesting blog posts and comments about the incompetence of Walsh Western, the company Dell uses to deliver its products. I did my research on customer service of Dell before hand, but managed to miss this particular can of worms.
Looks like a phone call tomorrow and some re-arrangement. But one thing is for sure – I am not leaving work early again for these muppets.
